Due to the judgement of 12th May 1998 – 312 O 85/98 the Regional Court of Hamburg decided that putting up a link can, under certain circumstances, include responsibility for the content of the linked sites. According to the rule of the court, this can only be prevented by expressly disassociating oneself from those contents.

With this I expressly disassociate myself from all contents of foreign pages linked to from this website since I have no influence on them.
